At Little Fox Portraits, we don’t just show up with cameras. We show up with a plan, a smile, and a whole lot of heart.
Every school community is unique, so we begin by listening and then tailor every detail, from scheduling to background styles, to meet your specific needs. We believe photo day should feel calm, organized, and magical: no forms to chase, no chaos. Just genuine smiles, delighted families, and a process that makes your team look effortlessly amazing.
We’re not just here to take pictures. We’re here to make kids feel seen. Our photographers take a little extra time to adjust a collar (with a teacher’s help), calm nerves, or share a joke that elicits a genuine smile. It works: we’ve seen shy kids light up, nervous ones relax, and more than a few little ones rush in for a spontaneous hug. We don’t expect it, but we’re honored when it happens.
It’s about turning a famously awkward childhood ritual into something kids enjoy and remember for all the right reasons! (Remember laser backgrounds and the free plastic comb?)

BAILEY FOX
After completion of Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2002, Bailey immediately found employment with the big box volume guys. During her employment there she was photographing high school seniors, proms, and other high-volume school-related products. In 2005, she took over the studio in their Cranston, RI office as their primary photographer. Her images won awards in 2008, 2009, and 2010 with their LTNSS national image competition. From 2009-2011 She was a lead photographer and a regional trainer in charge of training new and existing Senior photographers within the RI territory. She traveled and taught in RI, MA, CT, NJ, and NY. During this time, she managed 12 road photographers, created training manuals, and captured the images for the regional marketing brochures, and other literature used within the territory.
During all this Bailey was also photographing an average of 13 weddings a year, for her own studio. Her wedding work was published in the Projo as well as RI’s Engaged. In 2012 Bailey left the management position and gave birth to her first child. She also entered IPC and started her path toward a Master's. In 2013 Bailey left The big guy company and had a second child while officially opening a commercial space of hers in RI. The studio started out offering mainly wedding and family portraiture. Bailey re-branded her studio in 2014 as specializing in Newborn portraits. Bailey has photographed over 1500 newborn babies, and traveled the country teaching other photographers about newborn safety.
2020 changed everything! After the government shut down of “nonessential” businesses Bailey sold her RI home and moved to CT, where her kids could have a larger backyard to play in. Her studio’s focus has switched again this time to school and sports photography. Bailey closed her Warwick location in 2022 and opened a space closer to home in Winsted, CT. Bailey still drives to photograph her RI accounts and they are actively still building the studio in both locations. Coventry, RI will always be Bailey’s “home”.
