• A direct gallery link
• A scannable QR code
• An access code (if applicable)

If you do not have the camera card and cannot find an email from us, please email with:

• Child’s full name
• Grade
• Teacher (if applicable)
• School name

We’ll resend the correct gallery link.

1. Click the package you would like.
2. Click Choose Photo or Select a Pose.
3. Select your favorite pose and click Confirm Selection.
4. Choose whether you would like to add the optional digital download.
5. Click Add to Cart and proceed to checkout.

Nothing is finalized until checkout is completed.

Digital downloads are available within selected packages or as add-ons.

After checkout:

• You’ll receive an order confirmation.
• All digital orders are manually reviewed and released within ~24 hours.

Digital downloads are not instant. This review period allows time to catch ordering errors and handle last-minute changes.

If you need your image urgently, email us with your order number and we can release it sooner.

Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout.

• Gallery typically remains open for ~2 weeks
• After ordering closes, all orders are sent to the lab together
• Lab production: 2–4 business days
• Shipping to studio: 6–9 business days
• Orders are reviewed by hand before being delivered to the school for distribution

Typical total timeline: about 3–4 weeks from the gallery closing date.
