Registration is required for both Fall and Spring Portrait Days. You may register for Fall, Spring, or both at any time.

Registration closes 48 hours before each portrait day so we can properly prepare and staff the event.

Registration tells us which students will be participating and provides the contact information needed to deliver each family’s private online gallery.

It also allows us to properly prepare props, portrait styles, staffing, and student information before picture day.

Fall Portraits will use our composite portrait system. Students are photographed on picture day, and families will be able to choose their preferred background when viewing the online gallery.

Before picture day, registered families will receive another quick email showing the available props and portrait styles. You will be able to select the option you prefer for your child.

Images shown on flyers and registration materials are examples of our work. The exact backgrounds and props may be different from the sample images.

Spring Portraits will feature a specially designed seasonal set. The set is traditionally floral or nature-inspired while remaining age-appropriate and suitable for all students.

Registered families will receive a preview of the actual spring set before picture day so you will know what to expect.

Yes. Before each portrait day, registered families will receive an email showing the final portrait style, set, props, or background options being used for that session.

Fall Portrait Day may include several prop and posing options. Registered families will receive a short selection form before picture day so they can choose the preferred style for their child.

Spring Portrait Day will use one coordinated seasonal set, with age-appropriate posing and styling for each student.

Every student will be photographed in multiple poses. Most galleries will include at least five professionally finished images to choose from.

The exact number may vary slightly depending on the student’s age, comfort level, and participation.

Solid colors tend to photograph best. Avoid very busy patterns, oversized logos, or clothing that may distract from your child’s face.

The most important thing is choosing something comfortable that helps your child feel confident.

Registered students will be photographed during the scheduled portrait day. There are no paper order forms and no payment is required before the portraits are taken.

Students will be photographed in multiple poses, and the finished images will be placed in a private online gallery.

Private online galleries are typically emailed approximately 5–7 days after picture day.

Families should check their regular inbox, spam, and junk folders if the gallery email does not appear.

You will view the portraits before purchasing anything. Once the gallery arrives, you can select your favorite poses and order the products you want.

Galleries may include print packages, individual prints, gifts, and digital image options.

Yes. If more than one child in your family is photographed, their galleries can usually be combined into one order during checkout.

Qualifying orders placed during the initial ordering period may receive free delivery to the school.

Orders placed after that period can still be shipped directly to your home.

Please register early. Late registrations may not be included once the final picture-day list has been prepared.
